Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. Failure to provide accurate and timely documents may result in account restrictions.

6 Deposits

Payment methods currently supported at ek222: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).

• Deposits are generally processed instantly
• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used
• Use of third-party accounts or cards is strictly prohibited
• It is advisable to keep a record of all deposit transactions

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit
• All verification processes must be completed before withdrawal
• Winnings earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal
• We reserve the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions

8 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳31,000

The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15x — calculated only on the bonus amount, not the sum of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

9 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled
• ek222 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus
• Another bonus cannot be accepted while one is already active (where applicable)
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled
• ek222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time

10 VIP Program

ek222's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Through regular gaming activity, you can advance to a higher tier. Cashback for each tier is credited to the relevant account every week. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.

11 Fair Play Obligations

All games at ek222 are operated in compliance with SSL encryption and fair play policy. We work with world-class game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others).

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any kind of software bot or automated tool

14 Account Suspension and Termination

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, ek222 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account without prior notice. In cases of fraud or deception, the associated balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
